Text: Parkou or "free running" is like an obstacle race. You get from point A to poitn B using your arms and legs. Parkour includes running, climbing and juumping. A person who practices parkour is a traceur (boy or man) or traceuse (girl or woman). Parkour is originally from france. Some people don't want porkour in public areas. They say that parkour is too dangerous for kids. Obviosly, traceurs need to train with a parkour group to learn all the techniques. Hver avsnitt vil være en test.
