Text: I just thought how often, all over the world, someone is breathing in their last breath and even though all they want to do is close their heavy eyes and sleep, they find the strength to offer up one final and defiant plea against the closing of this life. When the last of my breath is escaping out of my lungs, I wish for the bravery to say the words I cannot say and the blessing of the ears leaned close of the one I need to say them to.
