For context, in the 1950's there was an anti-communist uprising in Hungary that was winning, but lost due to Soviet intervention. But what if the anti-communists won? This would have been possible if the Soviets did not intervene, but this would have been impossible for the Soviets not to intervene. Let's say that they just did not intervene. What would've happened? Well, Hungary would have been a huge threat to the communist Eastern bloc and would be a great strategic place for the west bloc.

In the late post WW2 40's, someone called Preston Tucker had a dream to create a revolutionary car, so he did. Establishing the company Tucker. The Tucker 48 car faced some problems, but after they were fixed it was a huge success and scared car companies like Ford and GM. And Preston even met Howard Hughes! However, since Ford and GM had a governor that was basically their sugar daddy, they hired lobbyists to lobby the government and force Tucker into shutting down. Only 51 Tuckers were made.

- Ever wonder why northern countries are so big?
I'm pretty sure we've looked at Google Maps and have wondered, why do countries seem to get bigger the farther they are from the equator? And the reality is that they are not as big as in Google Maps. This also happens on lots of other maps. For some reason, the farther land is from the equator, the bigger it gets on maps. But as you drag it toward the equator its real size is revealed.

- I hate the FSA
To you guys, it may be called something else. But in my school, the final tests are called the FSA, or EOC. FSA stands for Florida Statewide Assessments and EOC stands for End of Course exam. And like any other finals, they suck. They aren't as bad when you start, but they make the testing environment feel so secret, strict, and tense. But who in the right mind thinks that we are going to remember EVERYTHING that we learned this year?
