This was a challenging quote. I love it.

the loner M - Parents
What exactly do parents expect from their children? To be mature when your 14, have straight A's, study every time, socialize but not socialize much be able to do all the things at the house, and be just like them? Hell no I have everything that I didn't want from you parents. I mean look how I ended I hate myself, can't even be myself around people, anger issues, anxiety problems, and you still say that you know me better than anyone. Shut the fuck up because that's messed up.

Birdtalker - One - lyrics
Burn the scorecards, balance out the scales. We are one wind distracted by our different sails. Underneath what's detectable with eyes, every particle's vibrating with the same life. If we keep running around deciding who's right and wrong, then tell me, where are we headed? How can we all belong when all our logic is colliding and it's constantly dividing me from you?

John Carmack
Focused, hard work is the real key to success. Keep your eyes on the goal, and just keep taking the next step towards completing it. If you aren't sure which way to do something, do it both ways and see which works better.

Shade111111 - Long Quotes
Everyone complains about long quotes so much, but I don't get it. I like short quotes more. If you mess up on a short quote there's no coming back. A few mistakes and your WPM goes down dramatically with no chance of getting a comeback. On a long quote you can botch the first half of it and still finish with a high WPM due to a good second half. This results in me getting more consistent times on long quotes.

John Green - End of the World
I'm reminded of something my religion professor Donald Rogan told me once: "Never predict the end of the world. You're almost certain to be wrong, and if you are right, no one will be around to congratulate you."

Richard Linklater - A Method (Slacker, 1992)
Cinema should be a part of living-normal and natural. Live your cinema. For now: the process is more important than achievement. The questions are more valuable than the answers. The attempts are more admirable than successes.

Richard Linklater - Bartender (Slacker, 1990)
Do some stuff. The urban landscape guerrilla graffiti art scene. The Soho photographer trudging through the sludge of Times Square, shooting from the hip, and catching the glimpses of all the garbage. Working the streets. Basically going to New York basically just to work the streets like everybody else there.

Richard Linklater - Louis Mackey (Slacker, 1990)
That reminds me of an apprehension I saw in France in the early forties. They had finally found some known criminal and were interrogating him. Something to the effect of: It was you who did the job on the rue de Flandue. No, it wasn't me. She knew your name. It's someone who looks like me and has the same name. She recognized your clothes and hair. He looks like me, has the same name, clothes and hair. How long are we going to keep this up? To the very end.

Human Traffic (1999) - The weekend has landed.
I've got 48 hours off from the world, man. I'm gonna blow steam out my head like a screaming kettle, I'm gonna talk cod s**t to strangers all night, I'm gonna lose the plot on the dancefloor. The free radicals inside me are freakin', man! Tonight I'm Jip Travolta, I'm Peter Popper, I'm going to never-never land with my chosen family, man. We're gonna get more spaced out than Neil Armstrong ever did, anything could happen tonight, you know? This could be the best night of my life.

Nessmuck (George Sears) - Types of Men
There are men who on finding themselves alone in a pathless forest, become appalled, almost panic stricken... These are the men who grow enthusiastic - at home - about sylvan life, outdoor sports, but always strike camp and come home rather sooner than they intended. And there be some who plunge into an unbroken forest with a feeling of fresh, free, invigoration delight, as they might dash into a crisp ocean surf on a hot day. These know that Nature is stern, hard, immovable...

Carl Jung - Creativity
The creation of something new is not created by the intellect but by the play instinct acting from inner necessity. The creative mind plays with the object it loves.

Alexander Solzhenitsyn - Purpose of life
Bless you prison, bless you for being in my life. For there, lying upon the rotten prison straw, I came to realize that the object of life is not prosperity as we are made to believe, but the maturity of the human soul.

Jesse Lambert
We need to fight both bigotry and the power that bigots can wield. It is terrible that there are people who dislike others, look down on them, or treat them badly for their race, ethnicity, sex, gender, orientation, or national origin. It is additionally terrible that there are people who have enough power over others that they have the ability to make someone's life a living hell because they don't respect people who are not like them.

Jesse Lambert - On Police Brutality
For argument's sake, let's pretend we are all amoral people who care only about ourselves. Do you want to live in a community in which the police are allowed to brutalize people? Even if you are not in their most targeted group, as long as they are allowed to target people, it could be you.

King Leonidas (Gerard Butler) - This Is Sparta - 300
You bring the crowns and heads of conquered kings to my city steps. You insult my queen. You threaten my people with slavery and death. Oh, I have chosen my words carefully, Persian. Perhaps you should have done the same. Madness? This is Sparta!

Hank Green
Pet Peeve: Attributing something a character said to the author. I would never say half of that stuff April said. She is a danger to herself and others, that's the whole point.

Unknown - Glasses are really versatile Part 2
Being able to switch up the styles and colors of glasses based on your mood is a lot of fun too! It's actually so much fun! You have those half rim glasses, or the thick frame glasses, everything! It's like you're enjoying all these kinds of glasses at a buffet.

Unknown - Glasses are really versatile Part 1
First, you can have glasses-wearing girls take them off and suddenly become beautiful, or have girls wearing glasses flashing those cute grins, or have girls stealing the protagonist's glasses and putting them on like, "Haha, got your glasses!" That's just way too cute! Also, boys with glasses! I really like when their glasses have that suspicious looking gleam, and it's amazing how it can look really cool or just be a joke. I really like how it can fulfill all those abstract needs.

Myself - I should stop procrastinating
Here I am typing in a quote in the living room at night. I should be studying for my Statistics class so that I can pass the class and possibly play some online games until I pass out. However, as long as my notebook lies empty, I can't play any games, thus, I also can't go to sleep. Then again, an all-nighter doesn't sound so bad...

Roxxy - assholes
A lot of the time, as a person, I usually say that people are assholes. I mean, after all, I'm only ever going to see life through my eyes. But after a lot of thinking, recently I've concluded that maybe I'm the one who's an asshole.
