Meine Schule
In diesem Text werde ich über meine Schule schreiben. Warum ich diese Schule und das Programm gewählt habe.
Jetzt besuche ich die NTI-Schule in Uppsala. Es liegt nicht so weit weg vom Stadtzentrum, aber trotzdem ein wenig am Stadtrand. Die Schule liegt etwa 14 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Ich wohne so nah an die Schule, dass die Fahrt mit dem Bus länger dauert als mit dem Fahrrad.
Die Schule ist eher klein mit etwa 500 schüler*innen. Sie hat drei Stockwerke und das Schulgebäude ist nicht so groß. Mein Schließfach liegt im zweiten Stock, genau in der Mitte. Das ist sehr gut, weil ich immer in der Nähe von meinem Schließfach bin und dann muss ich nie sehr lang gehen so meinen Sachen nehmen.
Besonders für den Technikleischtungskurs ist selbstverständlich Technologie, was ich dreimal in der Woche habe. Nächstes Jahr, wenn ich in die zweite Klasse gehe, werde ich mehr spezialisierte Fächer haben wie z.B. Webentwicklung und Programmieren.
Mein Stundenplan ist ganz gut. Ich beginne ungefähr 8:30 jeden Tag und ich habe nur zwei wirklich lange Tage, das sind Mittwochs und Donnerstags. Donnerstag ist besonders schlimm, denn ich ende um um vier und habe Mittagessen um 10:30 Uhr.
Bis jetzt war das erste Jahr nicht so anders wie die Grundschule. Hauptsächlich haben wir mehr Fächer, was ich mehr mag. Die naturwissenschaftlichen Fächer gefallen mir am besten, aber weniger andere Fächer wie z.B. Religion. Ich finde das sehr hübsch, weil ich wirklich nur mit meinem Lieblingsfächer machen kann.
Meine wahl auf Schule war sehr einfach weil ich wollte an die Technischeleischtungskurs gehen und NTI ist einer der besten schulen in Uppsala für diesen Program. Dazu sind der Atmosfär aus die Schule sehr gut und als etwas ich könnte gefallen. Wir haben auch richtige Laptops, nicht die schlechten Chromebooks, wie ich an meiner letzten Schule und an vielen anderen Gymnasien habe.
Abschließend, habe in diesem Text geschrieben über meine schüle und ich hoffe da ihr wisst jetzt mehr über es.

Mr Tavares frequently made headlines in the UK by casting doubt over the future of Vauxhall operations, linking it to issues such as Brexit and government plans to force carmakers to build more electric cars. It is not yet clear whether his departure will affect the planned closure of Stellantis' Luton plant. Stellantis's Vauxhall plant in Luton currently builds petrol and diesel vans and had been due to start making its medium-sized Vivaro electric van from 2025, before the decision to close it. The company is now planning to combine its electric van production at its other UK plant in Ellesmere Port in Cheshire. In Europe, Stellantis has suffered the same fate as many other manufacturers – coming under pressure from Chinese rivals at a time when take-up of electric vehicles has been more sluggish than expected. A tie-up with the China's Leapmotor may reap dividends, but is in its early stages. On what the change at the top means for Luton, Prof Bailey said he think everything is up in the air. Whether or not that could be reversed I don’t know. One would hope but I suspect that that has gone sadly. He did not think there are any guarantees about the future whatsoever of Stellantis’s operations in the UK.

The boss of car-making giant Stellantis, Carlos Tavares, has quit with immediate effect following a boardroom clash. His abrupt exit from the company - which owns brands including Vauxhall, Jeep, Fiat, Peugeot and Chrysler - comes two months after Stellantis issued a profit warning. Last week, the firm also announced plans to close its Vauxhall van-making factory in Luton, putting about 1,100 jobs at risk. Before his resignation, Mr Tavares was one of the most powerful people in the global motor industry. In a statement announcing Mr Tavares' departure, Henri de Castries, Stellantis’ senior independent director said: "Stellantis’ success since its creation has been rooted in a perfect alignment between the reference shareholders, the board and the chief executive. "However, in recent weeks different views have emerged which have resulted in the board and the chief executive coming to today’s decision." Mr Tavares had a reputation as a ruthless cost-cutter. He made his name at Renault, working with the colourful and controversial chief executive, Carlos Ghosn, before taking the top job at PSA Group.
Wills are generally construed as of the time of the testator’s death.
When a will is ambiguous, courts allow extrinsic evidence to resolve the ambiguity. To resolve ambiguities, the facts and circumstances surrounding the execution of the will may be taken into account.
Under the common law, a bequest to a beneficiary who predeceased the testator failed. Anti-lapse statutes, when applicable, typically substitute a deceased beneficiary’s issue as the beneficiaries of the bequest to the deceased beneficiary. The typical anti-lapse statute extends anti-lapse protection only to blood relatives of the testator.
In some states, a child may be informally adopted through a person’s words or conduct. When a person takes in a child and assumes parental responsibilities, equity holds the person as having formally adopted the child. In such a situation, the child is entitled to an intestate share of the decedent’s estate.
Under the common law identity theory, a specific gift is adeemed by extinction if it cannot be identified at the time of the testator’s death or the testator does not own it at the time of death.
Abatement is not giving effect to bequests in the will so that creditors’ claims against the estate can be satisfied.
A trustee owes a fiduciary duty of loyalty to a trust. Self-dealing, such as a purchase of trust assets by the trustee in his individual capacity, violates this obligation. Under the no further inquiry rule, there is no need to inquire into the motivation for the self-dealing transaction or even its fairness. The trust beneficiaries can either rescind the transaction or seek damages.
A trust merger occurs when the same person or institution is both the trustee and beneficiary of a trust, eliminating the separation between the trustee's legal ownership and the beneficiary's interest.

Therefore, The court is likely to conclude that Myrielle’s will is valid under the law of State B. Further, Myrielle had the capacity to make her will and any insane delusion she suffered did not affect her ability to make a valid will. The court is likely to probate Myrielle’s will and distribute the probate property to Myrielle’s daughter. The nonprobate property will be disbursed to the named beneficiaries under their respective policies.
The court is likely to find that the facts do not establish that Myrielle’s will is invalid as the product of an insane delusion. Rather, her decision was caused by her rational conclusion that leaving money to the males in her family would be a waste because of their criminal behavior.
