SITREP: Upon transition to POL of COI 1 at 2236Z, one adult male in a red top and black pants and one adult male in a white top and tan pants were internal to the N Building. One adult female and three children conducted chores on the N side of the W Building and two adult females conversed within the courtyard. One red sedan was parked under an overhang on the E side of the N building. Two motorcycles and one single cab pick-up truck were parked on the S side of the courtyard. SLANT 2/3/3
STOP 3 (SAME AS START) / COI 1: At 2235Z, the blue sedan stopped on the E side of the N Building and both adult males exited their respective seats. Both adult males smoked a cigarette at the rear of the blue sedan before they then entered the E side of the N Building. SLANT 2/0/0
STOP 2 CONT: At 2230Z, the adult male in a red top and black pants and the adult male in a white top and tan pants exited the N side of COI 2 and entered their respective seats in the blue sedan. The elderly adult male exited the N side of COI 2 and waved to the blue sedan as it departed E. SLANT 2/0/0
STOP 2 / COI 2: At 2200Z, the blue sedan stopped on the N side of COI 2. Both adult males exited their respective seats and the adult male in a white top and tan pants looked around before he opened the trunk and retrieved the medium sized brown box. The adult male in a red top and black pants knocked on the personnel entrance on the N side and an elderly adult male in black traditional wear opened the personnel entrance. The adult male in a white top and tan pants placed the medium sized brown box at the feet of the elderly adult male in black traditional wear and the adult male in a red top and the adult male in a white top and tan pants both hugged the elderly adult male in black traditional wear. The elderly adult male in black traditional wear retrieved the medium sized brown box and all three adult males entered the N side of COI 2. SLANT 3/0/0

The adult male in tan traditional wear gave the adult male in a red top and black pants a kiss on the cheek and hug and re-entered the S side of the business. At 2143Z, the two adult males in western wear, one in a red top and black pants and one in a white top and tan pants, that conducted maintenance on the red sedan, closed the hood and entered the E side of the N Building. Three females arrived from the S FOV with small white bags in each hand and entered the S side of the W Building. The adult male in a white top and tan pants exited the E side of the N Building and briefly opened the hood of the blue sedan that was parked under the overhang on the E side of the N Building.
