I have not used this little website in quite a while. In fact, I have not used it over the whole summer break. Now that I am back in school, I just remembered it, and I decided to write again. I am taking college level courses now, so I probably will not have enough time on my hands to type on here. I just hope that these classes will not bite me in the future.

The term "weight lifting" is a misleading term. You don't just lift the weights, you also have to put them down. Some even say that putting the weights down (as slowly as possible) is more profitable in muscle gain than actual weight lifting. Because the term only describes half of the work, I think it should be renamed to "weight moving."
