your sweetheart
- live your life :)
I think that we should all have a moment in our lives to free ourselves from all the stress we have from things like school, work, and anything. I know that most people know this but I feel like the majority of us work too much, not having enough time to take care of ourselves. Please do not overwork yourself and try to have as much fun as possible. You only live once and I personally think that working until you get old is a waste of time. Live your freaking life, you deserve it.

- Used
Why do people keep using me? I always believe in them and end up here, alone, every single time. I love being there for someone but why can't they be there for me?

- Captain Kathryn Janeway - Star Trek Voyager
Space must have seemed a whole lot bigger back then. It's not surprising they had to bend the rules a little. They were a little slower to invoke the Prime Directive, and a little quicker to pull their phasers. Of course, the whole bunch of them would be booted out of Starfleet today. But I have to admit, I would have loved to ride shotgun at least once with a group of officers like that.

- Puppet History - "The Dancing Plague"
Well, in the Alsace region of Europe in the early 1500s, it's very safe to say that people were stressed, cosmically stressed. See, these were a people only a few generations removed from the mass devastation of the bubonic plague, and it's easy to imagine that the sheer trauma of experiencing a borderline biblical event could imbue a few generations with an all-enveloping sense of existential dread. Rough.

Typing can be a meditative experience. You're not worrying about what tomorrow is going to bring. You're not reminiscing about that embarrassing moment that happened to you in middle school. Instead, you're living in the present, focusing on typing these words before you.

It could change, but this feels like, like the calm before the storm Not that I don't wanna try, but I've been here before Friends in town, phone's at home, I tell myself it's fine Can't remember how you taste, slept alone too many nights.

- Game Changer, "Yes or No?"
I know what's going on here. I know what's going on here, okay? I do. And if you want me to wander backstage to spill the beans... it's the final question, right? They're in the loop. I am the only one out of the loop, it would seem. And if we check my point total here - I don't need to walk to the front, because I know what it is. It's a big old goose egg, gang.
Matt Murdock
They can't give you that. Maybe you'll walk again. I hope so. But maybe you won't. Your ability to get through it as this gets harder, that is a hundred times more powerful than slapping a smile on your face, pretending like everything's just fine.

- Hypothesis
A hypothesis (plural hypotheses) is a proposed explanation for a phenomenon. For a hypothesis to be a scientific hypothesis, the scientific method requires that one can test it. Scientists generally base scientific hypotheses on previous observations that cannot satisfactorily be explained with the available scientific theories.

Because you're tree and branch, where the fruit of bliss finds its season. However who gives himself to you can no longer fear thunderlight nor rain. Since your love that is total certitude heals me and rebuilds me and gives me life, removing any annoy and heaviness because of bliss and fine happiness.

The desire of my heart is endless and only devoted to her, beloved among all others. And my will, I guess, abuses me, if lust deprives me of her. For it's keener than a thorn, this pain that heals with joy, and for which I don't want to be pitied.

- Medieval Occitan Poetry
Time runs and goes away and turns, for days, months, and years... And me, alas, the only thing that I can say is that I just have only one hunger. This hunger is unique and unchanging. She is the only that I want and have ever wanted, while I never got from her any joy.

- From "Humankind"
If only we had the courage to take it more seriously, it's an idea that might just start a revolution. Turn society on its head. Because once you grasp what it really means, it's nothing less than a mind-bending drug that ensures you'll never look at the world the same again. So what is this radical idea? That most people, deep down, are pretty decent.

- The Night Has A Thousand Eyes
The night has a thousand eyes, and the day but one, yet the light of the bright world dies with the dying sun. The mind has a thousand eyes, and the heart but one, yet the light of a whole life dies when love is done.

- The Perfect Pimple
After dreaming about my ideal self, I realized that I don't need the perfect hair or skin, that I am satisfied with my perseverance and hard work to achieve acceptable grades, that I have valuable friends and family to fulfill my joyous life, and that I need to respect myself the way I am which I now acknowledge it as my perfect pimple.

Don't compare inconvenience to genocide. Seriously. Why would you even do that? What is wrong with you that makes you see a dress code as the murder of millions of people?
